  • Symbol: on display side is the elemental symbol of the Water Tribe; around her feet and on the non-display side are waves meant to emulate those in Hokusai Katsushika's woodblock print "In the Well of the Great Wave off Kanagawa"; on her non-display side cheek are the Chinese characters for "water" and "peaceful" as seen in the series opening
  • Eyes: partial repaint to include only blues
  • Embellishments: removable choker consisting of black ribbon and a painted sea shell pendant

Other notes: Kuruk is part of a set of four customs inspired by the show Avatar: The Last Airbender. The design of Kuruk's necklace and hair style are based loosely off those of Katara, while her hair color was inspired by Yue. She is named after Avatar Kuruk.
